Guild Ship

I am wondering how the Guild handles Ship and crew upgrades. Is there a pool to donate to towards keeping it up? Is someone in charge of its maintenance?

So far we had no pool.
Since only officer can move and add thing you need to ask one of them to do that.
We never asked anyone to donate or add time to the ship crew it is entirely optional, I know that when I see one of the crew member missing I'll add 3-4 weeks to it.

Well I would have no issue donating to the Ship expenses if accepted. It'd be only fair considering the usefulness of the ship buffs.

If I find a missing buff I have been replacing it, but I think its cheaper to extend then replace so I am trying to see which ones are running out. Its been very hard this week with the 31% xp boost.
